Supporting Women Through the Unthinkable with Compassion and Clarity

I support women who feel like they’re unraveling inside—whether from the heartbreak of infant loss, the identity shifts of motherhood, or the silent pressure to carry it all without falling apart. These moments reshape you. And in the middle of them, you deserve a space that holds you with compassion and clarity.

My work combines clinical expertise with lived empathy to help you gently unravel what’s heavy. Using evidence-based tools like trauma-focused CBT and mindfulness, we’ll work together to regulate anxiety, process grief, and create new patterns that support healing, strength, and balance.

There is no one way to grieve. No single path to reclaiming peace. But there is support—and you don’t have to navigate any of it alone.

Anxiety has a way of creeping in quietly—until it’s running the show. You may be constantly on edge, overthinking everything, struggling to sleep, and saying “yes” when you desperately need to say “no.” If you're navigating life with a tangled mix of grief, emotional exhaustion, and a total lack of boundaries, I want you to know: you are not broken, and you are not alone.
