Welcome! I specialize in providing support to individuals who have experienced the profound loss of infant loss and birth mothers navigating the complexities of adoption. Together, we'll create a comforting and nurturing environment where you can explore your emotions and take steps towards healing.

In addition to my work with infant loss and birth families, I also assist children, teens, and adults struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. With specialized training in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindful Based Practices, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I'm equipped to help you regain control over your emotional well-being and improve communication within your personal relationships.

My goal is to offer you unwavering support during this season of life. Whether you're navigating grief or overcoming mental health challenges, I'm here to help you develop inner strength and resilience. Together, we'll work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.

I take a pretty direct approach in therapy. I provide solution-focused sessions to help you address your reason for seeking treatment. I will work with you to find the best course of action to maximize your time in therapy.
