Hi, I’m Sarah Bolor, LCSW and founder of Say It Mental Health—a private therapy practice created for high-achieving women who are ready to feel more emotionally grounded, connected, and whole.
I work primarily with successful professionals—many of whom are attorneys, executives, or women in high-pressure roles—who carry a lot of responsibility but often feel like they can’t fully show what’s going on inside. They’re smart, capable, and outwardly composed, but underneath? Many are battling perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and invisible emotional burnout.
They’re holding it all together, but they’re also exhausted. Disconnected. Numb. Overwhelmed.
That’s where I come in.
Why I Do This Work
I created Say It Mental Health to be a space where women like you can finally take off the armor. A space where you don’t have to explain away your success, your stress, or your emotions. A space where you’re not just seen as "strong"—but as human.
I work with self-pay clients who want meaningful, personalized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're constantly on edge, feeling emotionally flat, or just know something feels "off," we’ll work together to reconnect you with your own insight, clarity, and calm.
